Registration


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The Platteville Parks and Recreation Department is now using an online registration program.  There is no longer a paper registration form that can be mailed in.

Two (2) Options for registering:

1 - ONLINE REGISTRATION

You may register for programs by going online to http://activenet12.active.com/plattevilleparksandrec/.  If you do not already have an account you will need to create one.  You should sign up for a password and may register with a debit or credit card.  If you have a problem creating a password, please call the recreation office instead of creating a new account.  Call 348-9741 ext 238.  Fees are $40.00 (not to exceed $100 per family).

Concession Stand Check:  A refundable concession stand fee in the amount of $25.00 is required of each family at the time of registration.  This check will be held and refunded, or destroyed, at the end of the season based on a family member working the Concession Stand during the season.  A separate check made payable to PYBL, Inc. is required for refunding purposes (No Exceptions).  If you are registering online you need to send the consession stand check to 75 N. Bonson Street.

2 - REGISTER IN PERSON

You may register in person at the Parks & Recreation office, 2nd Floor, City Hall.
